A measured baseline before anything changes
We record where you stand on day one, so every later change can be judged against real numbers, not opinions.
Shopify SEO, AEO and CRO
Most Shopify stores are built to sell, not to be found. We rework the parts of your store that search engines and AI assistants read, so the right buyers reach you first.

What we put right
Signs of an invisible store
Good products, steady traffic from people who already know your name, and very little from anyone else. Tick whatever is true. Nobody sees this but you.
The gap
Shopify gives you a good shop. It does not, by default, give search engines and AI assistants a clean, consistent picture of who you are, what you sell and where. That picture is what we build.
Arun’s book Invisible to Prominent describes five rungs a business climbs on Google and the AI assistants. The baseline shows which rung your store stands on today.
Invisible: not found even by your own name. Prominent: among the first names put forward for your category, again and again.
What we work on
Each one in plain English first. Open “What we do” for the technical detail your web team will want to see.
We record where you stand on day one, so every later change can be judged against real numbers, not opinions.
Google only shows pages it has chosen to keep. We clear out the clutter so it spends its time on the pages that sell.
/collections/x/products/y), so Google sees duplicates. We tune robots.txt for sort, filter, search and recommendation-widget URLs. Private or client-specific collections are hidden from search and the sitemap through Shopify’s seo.hidden setting, while their links keep working for the people they were made for. Canonicals and the sitemap are checked throughout. When a page is renamed, the visitors and rankings it earned can vanish. We send them to the right new page.
If two of your pages chase the same search, Google keeps switching between them and neither ranks well. We give each page its own job.
Collection pages are where most buyers land. We turn them from a product grid into a page that answers the buyer’s questions.
Schema is a label on each page that tells Google and AI assistants exactly what it is: a product, a store, a question and answer. Wrong labels are worse than none.
When someone searches for your category in their city, your showroom should be the answer.
More buyers now ask an AI assistant before they search. The assistant recommends brands it can read clearly and finds mentioned in places it trusts.
robots.txt, and a stronger presence on other sites: Google Business Profile, Pinterest, YouTube, marketplaces, directories and industry mentions. We check the result with the same AI test prompts used in the baseline.Browsers and AI assistants are starting to shop on a buyer’s behalf. They need clean product facts to do it.
Being found is half the job. The page then has to make the next step obvious and easy.

Baseline and audits: SEO, AEO and, where useful, a YouTube or Google Business Profile review. Then a short summary of what is holding the store back.
Indexing, redirects, schema, internal links, theme faults and robots.txt. None of it changes wording a buyer sees, so it starts straight away.
Headings, titles, collection introductions, FAQs, city pages and articles. You get the exact text in writing, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
A before-and-after report against the baseline, then the next round, guided by what Search Console and the AI test prompts show.
A working store earns money every day. Nothing we do should put that at risk.
If you have your own developers, they can carry out every recommendation. Our reports give them the technical detail: which URLs, which templates, which schema, and why.
Some owners have us do all of it. Many have us handle the AEO work and their own team handle the rest. Either way works, and you choose after you have seen the report.
Only want the AI side looked at? Start with an AEO audit of how ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity see your business. It works on any platform.
From a live engagement
The ten areas on this page come from the work we are doing for this store now. It had good products, years of catalogue changes behind it, and a site that search engines and AI assistants found hard to read.
We started where every engagement starts: a baseline, then the foundations. Stale and duplicate URLs were cleared out of Google’s index so it could spend its time on the pages that sell. Wording changes followed, each one approved by the owner before it went live.
We do not name our clients on pages like this one, and we do not publish estimates. Numbers appear here only once they have been measured.
URLs in “Crawled, currently not indexed”
Google Search Console, July to early October 2026, as stale and duplicate URLs were cleared.
These will be added after the next before-and-after report against the day-one baseline. Until then, this space stays empty rather than holding a guess.
