What this tool does

Buyers have started asking ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answers who they should use, instead of scrolling a page of links. Those tools name two or three businesses and the buyer rings those. This free check asks ten plain questions about your business. No technical knowledge needed. It tells you whether AI is likely to name you, describe you wrongly, or leave you out altogether. You get a score out of 30 and a straight explanation of what your weakest answers are probably costing you.

Why does ChatGPT never mention my business?

Usually because it cannot confirm who you are or what you do. Three things usually cause it. Your details differ from one site to the next. The answers buyers want are only given over the phone. And nothing outside your own website backs up what you claim. With nothing solid to repeat, an assistant names a competitor instead.

Is this the same as SEO?

No. SEO got you onto a page of ten links where a buyer could still pick you. AI gives one answer naming two or three businesses. There is no second page to be on, so either you are named or you are not in the conversation.

Do I need to understand the technology to use this?

No. Every question is about things you already know - whether customers confuse you with another firm, whether your prices are published, whether enquiries have dropped. It takes about three minutes and the result is in plain English.
