Front-end Management for Sitecore based Website
Client: Leading home improvement company in UK
Project: In this ongoing retainership project, we manage the front-end website of the client built with Sitecore enterprise CMS. We make changes to the content as per the client requests. The text and images at different places are updated as required for better conversion and SEO. We also create new landing pages regularly for getting better results with different marketing campaigns.
Forms are created, updated and optimised, including the lead generation forms. The various schema tags are applied as required for better representation in the search results.
The site performance is constantly monitored and we take advantage of a leading CDN to improve the performance of the site. Regular split tests are carried out to identify the better pages.
The site has nicely progressed from 10s of leads per day to ~1,000 leads per day.
This system uses Sitecore CMS and Cloudflare CDN for performance reasons. VWO is used for running split-tests.
CRM & Admin section for a lead generation site
Client: Leading home improvement company in UK
Project: In this ongoing project, we have built and are constantly upgrading the backend admin section for the leads (~1000 per day) generated from the main website and affiliates. There are provisions to update the follow-up status, assign sales value to the leads, run different campaigns, and report stats for management action.
The affiliates can submit the leads using the API we created, with powerful data validation and sanitisation applied before acceptance.
There is a live dashboard that compares the performance YoY for the day and the week (built using a Progressive Web App (PWA).
This system uses PHP and MySQL in the tech stack, while the main site is based on Sitecore Enterprise CMS. We also maintain the main website.
Operations Management System
Client: Leading plywood manufacturer in India
Project: In this ongoing project, we have built a password protected software to help the company manage the business operations efficiently. The company has branches in several cities and multiple production centres in India.
It also has a dealer order management system wherein the dealers can place the orders online. There are provisions for, best dealer reward system, production reporting, document management, picture gallery, and several other options.
The software also helps them manage the HR functions like leave application workflow, new joinee onboarding, and resignation control.
This management portal was built using PHP and MySQL in the tech stack.
e-Procurement System
Client: Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) Supplies’ Vendor
Project: The client is a vendor of MRO items supplying to large manufacturing organisations. We build an e-procurement system with a powerful product search and shopping cart for their clients. They can manage the catalog from their backend admin system and also see the orders placed.
The system is accessed through e-procurement systems like Ariba with pre-agreed security keys. Once the user checks out from the system, the Purchase Order is posted back to the e-procurement system of the user for their approval. Alert emails are sent to the client so that they can start pre-processing the order, pending approval from the users of the system.
This was built using PHP and MySQL in the tech stack.
Online Application System
This system was built for a tax refund processing company in UK. It has a complex application form with several fields that are displayed or hidden based on multiple conditions. The collected data is sent to an MS-SQL database. It also has a provision for an online signature to authenticate the application.
This system is built on Laravel, MySQL and MS-SQL tech stack.
