EbizIndia Blog is published by EbizIndia Consulting Pvt. Ltd., a software and digital marketing company based in Kolkata. This is our own blog, not an independent review site, and we do not pretend otherwise. Most of what we publish is about answer engine optimisation: why ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini name some companies and not others, and what to change so they name yours. Around that we write about the website work that makes a site fast and readable, the client projects we ship, and the software we build.
Why we run this blog
We build software and we get it found. Since AI assistants started answering buyers directly, the second half has changed more in two years than search did in ten, and most of what is written about it is guesswork. We run this work on our own properties and our clients' before we write about it, so this blog is the practitioner's chair rather than the textbook. If a post here saves you one wrong turn, it has done its job.
How to read what we publish
We write every post from your point of view, which means we lead with the problem you are trying to solve, not the product we would like to sell. When a post covers one of our products, we say so plainly. Where we mention a price, we keep it current and put it in writing rather than hiding it behind an enquiry form.

EbizIndia has built custom software and run digital marketing for clients across India, the United Kingdom and the United States since 2007. The work spans two sides that feed each other: custom software and SaaS products on one, and the SEO, AEO and conversion work that gets them found and used on the other. A 90 per cent client retention rate is the number we are most proud of, because it says people stay.

Arun Agrawal is the Founder and CEO of EbizIndia and writes most of what appears here. He holds an M.Tech with a Gold Medal from Jadavpur University and has spent more than 35 years in the Indian IT industry, building products and shipping them to real customers. He writes about launches from having run them, not from having read about them.
