This is our own blog, not an independent review site, and we do not pretend otherwise. We write about the software we build, the client work we ship, the website and SEO services we run, and what we have learned about launching and growing so people actually hear it.
Why we run this blog
We build and launch software products, our own and our clients'. Along the way we learn what makes a launch work and what makes one land in silence. This blog is where we write that down, from the practitioner's chair rather than the textbook. If a post here saves you one wrong turn on your own launch, it has done its job.
How to read what we publish
We write every post from your point of view, which means we lead with the problem you are trying to solve, not the product we would like to sell. When a post covers one of our products, we say so plainly. Where we mention a price, we keep it current and put it in writing rather than hiding it behind an enquiry form.

EbizIndia has built custom software and run digital marketing for clients across India, the United Kingdom and the United States since 2007. The work spans two sides that feed each other: custom software and SaaS products on one, and the SEO, AEO and conversion work that gets them found and used on the other. A 90 per cent client retention rate is the number we are most proud of, because it says people stay.
Arun Agrawal
Arun Agrawal is the Founder and CEO of EbizIndia and writes most of what appears here. He holds an M.Tech with a Gold Medal from Jadavpur University and has spent more than 35 years in the Indian IT industry, building products and shipping them to real customers. He writes about launches from having run them, not from having read about them.
