Website Transformation · For manufacturers
A website that answers the buyer before he calls.
We rebuild a manufacturer's website from its own catalogue, spec sheets, certificates and project records, so a purchase manager, a consultant, Google and the AI assistants can all read what you make, how large a job you can handle and who has trusted you before.
The approach
Four changes, and what each brings
Each is meant to show up in enquiries and in sales calls, not only in a report.
What the site says
Every product with its sizes, grades, thicknesses and standards, taken from your own specification sheets, in place of "best quality" and "leading manufacturer".
How it is organised
A page for each product, each industry served and each project supplied, so a buyer or a search engine lands on the right one directly.
How it is found
One clear identity that Google and AI assistants read the same way, so when a buyer asks who makes your product in your region, your facts are there to answer.
How it brings business
One route to a quote from every page, with room for a drawing, and every enquiry saved and counted by product and source.
The result
What the new site is built to do for you
Bring better enquiries
More arrive with a drawing, a quantity and a site location, for the products you want to sell more of.
Shorten the first call
Buyers arrive with their questions on sizes, grades and certificates already answered.
Give sales a site worth sending
Every quotation, email signature and visiting card can point to it.
Show where demand comes from
Enquiries counted by product, city and source, so sales effort follows what buyers ask for.
The concept
One site, four kinds of buyer
A purchase manager wants a supplier who can deliver. An engineer wants specifications. An EPC contractor wants proof of similar jobs. A dealer or importer wants a reason to carry the range. The site gives each a way in, and one route to a quote.

How the transformed website works
What changes on the pages themselves
Numbers before adjectives
Thickness, grade and capacity in place of "best quality". A manufacturer is judged on precision, and the site should read like a good drawing set.
Your own photographs
The plant, the lines, the stock and the dispatches, each captioned. No stock images.
Quick on a phone
Pages that open fast on mobile data, at a site or on the shop floor, with Call, WhatsApp and Get a quote at the foot of every phone screen.
A title for every page
A title and description for every page, written around what buyers type, and every page readable as plain text.
Facts labelled for machines
Company, addresses, products and buyers' questions marked up in the page code, so search engines and assistants are left no guesswork.
Old links still work
Bookmarks and Google results for old pages lead to the matching new page.
The product already chosen
When a buyer comes from a product page, the quote form knows which product he means.
Room for a drawing
A PDF, AutoCAD file or photograph, accepted safely and saved with the enquiry.
Nothing gets lost
Each enquiry saved as well as emailed, visible on a screen and exportable. Calls and WhatsApp taps counted too.
The places a buyer checks next
A buyer who likes the site looks at Google Maps and LinkedIn next, and AI assistants read both. The transformation includes guidance for each, with wording ready to use.
Google listing. One name and address matching the GST registration, the right categories, recent photographs and a product entry for each product.
LinkedIn. A company page with the right details, the founder's profile linked to it, and a simple weekly routine of proof.
Directories. Which of IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial and others to correct first, and the facts to use.
One set of facts. Name, founding year, addresses, phone, hours and certificates, agreed once and used everywhere, so Google, AI assistants and buyers all find the same answer.
The work
How we carry out the transformation
The timeline depends on the number of products and how quickly material comes in. It is fixed in the quotation.
Record the starting point
Before anything changes, we put a fixed set of buyer questions to Google and the AI assistants and note whom they name, and review how well the current site is set up for both.
Gather your material
Catalogue, spec sheets, certificates, project records and photographs, in guided working sessions with one person you nominate.
Plan, and test the plan
The page plan is reviewed from five angles: buyer, enquiries, search, security and design.
Home page first
Designed and approved by you before any inner page is built.
Write and build every page
In plain English, from your own documents. Every figure is checked against a certificate, a spec sheet or a purchase order, and anything we cannot check goes to you to confirm.
Test
A second full review of the built site, checks on phones, and the quote form tested end to end, including attempts to misuse it.
Launch
The new site takes over your address, and old links lead to their new pages.
Tell the search engines
Google and Bing set up to read the new site, and visitor counting switched on.
What you receive
Starting-point report
What Google and the AI assistants say about you before the work begins.
Company fact sheet
One page of agreed facts for the site and every listing.
Page plan and copy
Every page, the job it does, and its words.
Designs
Home page first, then the full set, for phone and desktop.
The website
Built, tested and live, with the quote route and the enquiry screen.
Listings guidance and handover
Google, LinkedIn and directories, and a walkthrough for your team.
Data sheets and tables a consultant can download and forward, from your engineer's figures.
A cost guide: what a typical job costs per unit, with a worked example, on your own pricing basis.
Project write-ups, one a month, with photographs and a figure.
Town pages only where there is a real project to show.
Measured monthly. The same buyer questions asked again, with a one-page note on what moved: whom the assistants name, which searches you appear for, and enquiries by product and source.
Getting started
What we ask of you
Gathering the facts should not slow down the plant or the sales team. We do most of the work, with one person you nominate.
Catalogue and spec sheets
Brochures, spec letters or Excel lists, in whatever form they exist. We format the data.
Certificates and approvals
ISO, BIS and vendor approvals, with numbers and dates.
Projects and photographs
Five or six jobs that can be described, and photographs of the plant, or one planned shoot day.
Access and routing
Domain and hosting access, and who answers each kind of enquiry.
Visibility builds over months. Product and town searches should start to move three to six months after launch, and mentions by AI assistants six to twelve months after, as guides and projects are added. The quote route works from the first day. No ranking is promised here.
Seen in practice · October 2026
A roofing and PEB maker in Delhi NCR went through this
MNF Metals & Forming makes roofing sheets, purlins, decking and pre-engineered buildings, and has supplied airports, metro projects and factories. Its website had been built years earlier and had not kept pace with the company. The new site went live in October 2026 with 40 pages, each written from the company's own documents, with figures checked with the owner, Manu Gupta. The first enquiry through the new quote form came about two weeks later.
The next step
How we take this forward
Specifications first, quotation afterwards. A price given before we know your products and buyers would only be a guess.

A working session
On your products, your buyers and your priorities: which products you want more enquiries for, and from whom.
A formal quotation
Fixed scope, timeline and terms, so you know exactly what you are agreeing to.

What is one new buyer worth to you?
Put in figures for a typical buyer of yours. Nothing you type leaves this page.
in margin over the years he stays.
If your website keeps you off just one such shortlist a year, a buyer worth about Rs 22.5 lakh in margin goes to a competitor every year, and you never see the enquiry he sent them.
