Case study · October 2026 · Delhi NCR
A roofing and PEB maker's website, rebuilt from its own documents.
MNF Metals & Forming makes roofing sheets, purlins, decking and pre-engineered buildings, and supplies factories, warehouses and EPC contractors. The plant and the client list were strong. The website, built years earlier, had not kept pace with either.
Before and after
What a buyer found, then and now
Before
- A website built years earlier, which had not kept pace with the company
- Specification figures that had drifted from the current spec sheets
- Photographs and testimonials from the original template, in place of the company's own projects
- A phone number and an email address as the way to ask for a price
After
- 40 pages, each with one job: a page for every product, service and project
- The first heading says what the company builds, and that one team takes a job from drawing to erection
- Specification tables taken from the company's own spec sheets, and capacity stated in tonnes rolled a month
- Project pages that say what was supplied, and why
- A founder page, and one certifications page with numbers and issuing bodies
- "Get a quote" on every page, with room for a drawing
The work
Nothing was invented
Every fact on the new site came from the company's own documents or from the people who held it: the monthly capacity, the longest sheet it can deliver by road, the purlin sizes, the projects. No new machine, certificate or customer was needed. The work was collecting those facts and writing them where a buyer and a search engine can both read them.

The starting point
What the AI assistants said before launch
Before launch, Google's AI named the company in 1 of 16 general buyer questions, and Bing's Copilot in none. The same questions are asked again each month to track what moves.
The previous site had no quote form. Search and AI visibility take months to build, and the monthly measurement will show how far it moves.
Monthly measurement
The same general buyer questions, asked again each month. Rows are added as readings are taken.

What this case does not show yet
The new site has been live only a few weeks. It is too early to say how far searches for the company's products will move, or how often AI assistants will name it, and no such claim is made here. What can be said now is narrower: a buyer who opens the new site finds a written answer to each of his three questions (do you make what I need, can you handle my size of job, who has trusted you before) and a quote route that did not exist before.
This page will be updated each month with the same measurement, whatever it shows.
Try the same on your own site
Write the buyer's three questions down the side of a sheet, and three column heads across the top: what your site says today, what is true inside your company, and who in the company knows it. Fill the first column from your phone, using only what is written as words on your site. The difference between the first and second columns is the work. Or score your website on 14 points.
